Snag Lists

Your property is ready for completion but you cannot make it over to check that all work has been completed to specification and there is nothing left undone. Our service of a snag list means that we will go to your property and make a list of items that have not been completed to specification. This list of items will be sent to your builder to rectify the problems. A copy will also be sent to you. A completion date will be agreed with your builder and we will then go back to your property to ensure everything has been rectified. A report will be sent to you advising you that you can now accept your property.

The fee for this service is a one off amount of xxxx regardless of the number of time we have to check the property to ensure all repairs have been carried out.



Garden Design

Want help in designing your garden. Our team of landscape gardeners can design the perfect garden to suit your taste and style. This will include design, paving, plants, lights, water feature and decking. Just give us an idea of the style you would like and we can forward you a quotation.
