Premium Package

Key Holding

We will hold a minimum of two sets of key in our office safe. This we enable us to carry out regular checks on your property and allow access for any contractors should they need access. As key holders we will not allow anyone into your property without checking with you first.


Security Checks

Whilst your property is unoccupied we will carry out twice monthly security check for any sign of damage or break in.


Airing the Property

In addition to security checks twice monthly we will air your property, open windows to circulate the air, flush toilet, run tap and check electrical appliances.


Checking Furniture

Examine furniture for wear and tear.


Arrange/Oversee Repairs

On checking your property we will advise you of any maintenance or repair work that is needed. We will arrange a quotation and oversee any work being carried out.


Bill Payment

We will ensure any bills water, electric, site fee, telephone, etc. are paid on time.


Tax Payment

Payment of property and environment taxes


Arrange Insurance

Shop around for the best quote and provide advice on the options available to you.

Spring Clean

Even though your property has been aired regularly over the winter months it is still essential to give your home a spring clean. With a spring clean we at SMART Property & Rental Management can clear all the dust and cob web gathered over the winter months and have the property ready for you and your guests


Attending Site Meetings

Site or residents meetings may not often be at times convenient for yourselves to come over to Turkey but it doesn't mean that you don't want to know what's going on. On your request we will attend these meetings on you behalf, voice any of your requests and update you on the meeting. This services is for one meeting a year addition meetings at the cost of £12ph
